Feeling healthy and confident shouldn't have to cost a fortune. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP TO DO PERSONAL TRAINING.  

Available Training Package

8 - 30 min sessions -- $225

These sessions are designed to be primarily strength training. If you are short on time and have your cardio under control, this is the package for you. 

Small GROUP Training

LADIES ONLY

The workouts are never boring and always changing! Come and join us and meet new friends that will lift you up and hold you accountable. We have many times and days to choose from!! 

You can come to as many a week as you want all for one price!

Cost $79 per month

All small group training are 30 min mix of cardio and strength.

Tuesday /Thursday/Friday @ 7 AM

Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:30 PM
